Miniaturized, USB version of the Motorola RLN4008 RIB circuitry - can be used for radio programming, control, or any other SB9600 shenanigans.
Note that this will not work in native DOS operating systems due to the lack of USB support. It may work in DOSBox using serial passthrough, but this hasn't been tested.
